Clean up your room!

There is a lot of angst around cleaning up rooms right now. And I'm not sure why it is so especially frustrating. I'm tired of yelling to motivate my kids and need a new system. It seems like they get overwhelmed with the number of tasks or requests you give them. My son is always getting frustrated because I've asked too many things of him at one time. So I created a little chart in Word to laminate for their room. There are images and words so that they can theoretically work independently on picking up all their stuff.
